Ag Healthcare provides wound care, stoma therapy and catheter care from our Durban (Mayville) and Scottburgh branches. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.

When you use our booking or referral forms, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred branch, the service you need and any message. Referral forms include patient initials and the reason for referral.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, and coordinate care. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

By ticking the consent box on our forms, you agree to us processing your information for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
How we protect it
Form submissions are stored securely with restricted access. Only authorised staff can view them.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Under POPIA you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
